Manufacturing, Inc. is the manufacturer of the Survivor line of storm
doors.
When
installed as an exterior storm door of a non-business energy property
in the United States, the Survivor storm door are considered Eligible
Building Envelope Components Qualifying them for a credit against tax
for the taxable year according to the Internal Revenue Code Section 25C
and issued in IRS Notice 2006-26.
The
following Models of the Survivor Storm Doors are eligible:

510 Self-Storing Lowkick Doors
Model 560 Self Storing Highkick Doors
Model 610 Crossbuck Doors
Model 710 Fullview Doors
Model 810 Traditional Doors
For
tax purposes, homeowners should retain their receipt of purchase. The
taxpayer should consult with their tax professional for specific
information. The storm door must be installed after December 31, 2005
and before January 1, 2008. The tax credit must be claimed in the year
the door was purchased and installed.
